Cancellation and refunds may be requested for single day club event memberships, however, refunds will only be eligible if the request is made before the tee off time selected during membership purchase.

Any refund request can take up to 30 days to complete.
Should your round be cancelled during play because the course management decide to close the course, we will issue refunds on a case by case basis only.
Memberships: Upon purchase of all our membership packages, you understand and agree that they are all non-refundable if play in any One Shot Golf Club Event has commenced unless, unforeseen circumstances occur and 1CC Golf Tech Limited agree to refund a membership.
Affiliated Corporate Events: Upon purchase of all our affiliated corporate events, you understand and agree that they are all non-refundable if play in any One Shot Golf Club Event has commenced unless, unforeseen circumstances occur and 1CC Golf Tech Limited agree to refund an affiliated corporate event.
